Why did the Colonist won?

The end of the war was very surprising for the colonist to win the war. There are four main factors why the colonist won the war. The first reason why the colonist won was that the British underestimated the power of the patriots. The British were very secure of winning this war, and had no doubt of winner the Colonist. For that reason they didn't make much effort on the war.

Another reason why the British lost the war over the Colonist was for the misunderstood of the political nature of the revolution. The British didn't look at this war as a revolutionary war. They thought this war was for rebellion of the colonist. So their strategies of war failed at the end. For that reason they didn't take this war too seriously.

Besides this reason of why the colonist won there are other in which is the reason why they won. The colonist were highly motivated. George Washington motivate his soldiers to keep having faith in the possible way of winning. Also one of the most important reason were the French allies. They were the ones who came on time before the British and for that they could block their ship and win the war.
