Boston Port Act

By the end of the tea party the British and the parliament get mad at the colonist for the mess thy made at the tea party. By disobeying on paying the tax and throwing the tea into the sea because they refuse to buy it . As also dressing like Mohawks indians to not be discovered by the british. In the result of this tea party they made made what its called the Boston Port Act. By the reason of not recognizing the colonist.

The Boston Port Act was one of the coercive acts the british made to the colonist. The colonist get to called this coercive act, intolerable acts since they were intolerable to follow. The parliament pass the act as an effort to gain control over the Massachusetts people. this act was pass on the March 31 of 1774. This act was to punish the colonist for the tea act. For this to follow they were very strict into obeying this act.

This act was to close the port of Boston. At this to pay all the money of the tea they throw into the sea. As well as paying also the tax of the tea they throw into the sea. The only ships allowed to go into the port were the food and firewood ships hardboard. This act made a lot of influence for the Boston citizens to keep on fighting.
